West Oxford Fun Day, 2pm – 6pm, Botley Park

WOCA’s annual Fun Day is at the West Oxford Community Centre on Botley Road and on Botley Park behind the centre (see the map below). We would love you to get involved!
The Fun Day aims to:
- Bring People Together and Celebrate the Community of West Oxford
- Develop activities at West Oxford Community Centre that focus on local needs
- Gaining feedback about developing activities at WOCA
The main aim is to have fun, so the more people with plans to do fun things we have, the better! At the event, people also find out more about what’s going on at the centre, get involved in the centre’s development, and have the chance to meet committee members.
It’s crucial that the Fun Day has as wide a range of participants as possible, so that it is a real celebration, reflecting the diversity of our local area and offering something for everyone. The aim is for people to ‘have a go’, get involved, and enjoy themselves.

If you would like to help in any way then please get in touch, and let us know how you may be able to participate. Have you got an idea for an event or activity? Would you like to volunteer in some way? Perhaps you know of other people who would like to contribute, or sponsor the event? If so, please encourage them to contact us. If you would like to run a stall, that would be great. We very much hope that you can get involved and look forward to hearing from you soon.
